Enjoy a Sensory Dining experience in The Exchange Restaurant
Elevate your senses... the first of its kind in Ireland, Sensory Dining is a unique dining experience where guests can enjoy a welcome drinks reception, a five course dinner with accompanying beverages whilst dining blindfolded in The Exchange Restaurant.
The Sensory Dining experience aims to heighten your awareness of flavours, smells and textures of each exciting course by removing the sense we rely on the most, our sight. Every dish has been created with the sole purpose of tantalising the senses using the finest ingredients chosen for their texture, aroma and flavour.
Throughout the evening diners are blindfolded and have no prior knowledge of the dishes or beverages on the menu. Your host will guide you through the courses giving a small hint of what's soon to hit your palette. From the first taste, your non-visual senses will take over, enabling you to savour the delicate flavours of each carefully crafted course.
