We had a wonderful stay at this hotel just before Christmas. You can not get a better location in Dublin. The staff, especially the front desk staff, was amazing, being very friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. We were treated very well as platinum members, with a nice upgraded room. Room was very nice sized with a great view, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety and started the day off perfectly. The only downside was 45 Euros for a rollaway bed for our son, but it was clearly listed when we booked, and at least it was a nice bed. We wouldn't think about going anywhere else when we return to Dublin
